Co-curated as To Whom This May Concern with Annika Thiems, Skin-Contact took place over a weekend in April 2019 at Enclave Lab in London.
Skin-Contact was a transient shop offering newly commissioned, ephemeral artist editions by Rosa Doornenbal, Olivia Norris, Rebeca Romero, Nicholas Tee, Rie Toguchi, Sofia Novikoff Unger and Gray Wielebinski, in the medium of temporary tattoos. It invited the audience to briefly ‘collect’ and display the perishable works on their bodies – until the tattoos disappear.
