Present Futures Library, 2017, Open Engagement, University of Illinois, Chicago

Co-organized as Present Futures with Lynnette Miranda and Anthony Stepter, the Present Futures Library was presented during the Open Engagement: Justice conference which took place at the University of Illinois, Chicago in 2017.

The Present Futures Library invited over thirty artists, administrators, and other cultural practitioners to contribute art, writing, research, and so forth, concerning strategies for making change, from practical to experimental. The Present Futures Library encouraged visitors to share, contribute, and take resources that connects to a larger discourse around methodologies for self-preservation, self-determination, and collective organizing.
